Biddeford Estates now was also at one point called Webber hospital and York Manor. Same with the trull unfortunately there wasn't a lot of real information when I searched the backround of these buildings but I did find that it was designed by George F Newton from Boston, it was built at the cost of 100,000. Webber hospital joined with Notre Dame in 1967 and would take care of long term care while Notre Dame took care of emergencies.
My mom works at Biddeford Estates and claims that its haunted. She mentioned that the laundry room lights would flick on and off by themselves and that clients say they see a little girl and a doctor in a black coat walking around the building. My mom has also mentioned that room lights go off in people rooms that had just passed a few hours or days before.
